Zambia has reaffirmed its commitment to deepening diplomatic and commercial relations with Ethiopia. Kennedy Kalunga, the Permanent Secretary for Special Duties, stated that the Zambian government is prepared to expand cooperation across several key sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, mining, tourism, transport, and education.
Mr. Kalunga made these remarks during the official opening of the Honorary Consulate of Ethiopia in Lusaka. The event also served as a celebration of the 2019 Ethiopian New Year.
