Peruvian Companies See Shift in CEO Trends
A recent analysis has shown that large companies in Peru have continued to experience a similar rate of CEO turnover as the previous year, while medium and small-sized companies have slowed down their changes in top management during the first half of the year.
According to Amrop, the reactivation of investments is expected to drive greater mobility among high-ranking executives in the second half of the year. This prediction suggests that the current trend may change as the year progresses.
