In the down‑hill direction toward Niigata, 8 km of congestion was reported at the Soso Tunnel, 38 minutes from Kinoshita Interchange to Dunga Junction, 4 km at Nomi‑ue Smart Interchange, 24 minutes from Komatsu Interchange to Mikawa Interchange, 2 km at Ryusugi Parking Area Smart Interchange, and 19 minutes from Toyama Interchange to Tateyama Interchange.
