From flower carts to phone boxes as youngsters dress up for National Day

Gibraltar celebrated its National Day with a return of the annual Fancy Dress Competition, held on Thursday morning in Casemates Square.

Nine children, all dressed in red and white costumes, took centre stage to showcase their creativity and meticulous costume-making. The event was hosted by Shyanne Azzopardi and Jaylynn Cruz.

The competition was judged by Penny Garcia and Seamus Byrne, Chief Culture Officer at Cultural Services.
