El dólar sigue en bajada y Espinoza asegura que la tendencia continuará según lo previsto

Bolivian Economy Minister José Gabriel Espinoza has stated that the current downward trend of the US dollar in Bolivia is expected to continue, as predicted. According to the Banco Central de Bolivia (BCB), the price of the dollar on Tuesday was 11.77 Bolivianos (Bs).

The dollar has been experiencing a downward trend since August 1, after reaching its highest peak of 12.15 Bs on July 31. The price of the dollar has continued to decrease, with a price of 12.13 Bs from August 1-3, 12.08 Bs on August 4, 12.02 Bs on August 5, and 11.86 Bs from August 6-10.

Minister Espinoza took to social media to comment on the trend, stating, “Sixth day of downward trend. As we said, it’s not that one has made a prediction, but rather an analysis with data (the rest, with luck, are opinions). It’s as simple as that. And, by the way, the data shows that the trend will continue.”

The current downward trend of the dollar is the sixth consecutive day of decline, with the BCB reporting a price of 11.77 Bs on Tuesday.
