Upon arriving at the scene, officers observed two individuals inside a hot tub on the property, with music playing from a mobile phone. Law enforcement personnel attempted to contact the occupants by knocking on the gate and ringing the doorbell, but received no response.
Officers subsequently used the loudspeaker on their patrol vehicle to explain the reason for their presence. Although the individuals did not approach the officers, the music was turned off, and the noise disturbance was resolved.
