Under the new scheme, the first five years of the loan will be interest‑free, after which the remaining ten years will carry the 7 % rate. The initiative aims to expand preschool coverage in areas where enrollment remains low.
According to regional statistics, overall preschool coverage in Karakalpakstan stands at 84 %. However, districts such as Amudaryin, Bozataus, Takiatash, Turktul, Chimbay, and Khodzhayli report lower participation rates.
