According to a recent statement, the Sindicato de Trabajadores de la ENEE (STENEE) is calling for a national plan to reduce losses in the Empresa Nacional de Energía Eléctrica (ENEE) system, which currently stand at around 38%.
Miguel Aguilar, president of STENEE, emphasized the need for a comprehensive national plan to address the distribution system’s losses. The ENEE’s high loss rate has prompted concerns about the need for a strategic approach to mitigate these losses and improve the overall efficiency of the energy distribution system.
The STENEE’s demand for a national plan highlights the urgency of the issue and the need for a coordinated effort to reduce losses and improve the ENEE’s performance.
