The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Traveloka have renewed their partnership with a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on July 16, 2026, to promote Singapore as a preferred destination for travellers from five key source markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Australia. For the first time, the agreement includes Australia, a significant market for both organisations, and expands to events marketing to leverage Singapore’s status as a hub for live entertainment.
The collaboration covers four main areas: co-branded tactical campaigns on Traveloka’s platform, destination storytelling to help travellers discover Singapore, travel tied to the events calendar, and exchange of aggregated travel insights. The campaigns will align with STB’s ‘We Don’t Wait For Fun’ campaign, targeting early-career professionals and families.
Ms Melissa Ow, Chief Executive of STB, emphasised the importance of Southeast Asia and Australia, stating, ‘Traveloka’s reach and deep understanding of how travellers in this region discover and book makes it a strategic partner.’ Mr Albert, Co-founder of Traveloka, noted the growing demand and trust built over five years.
The partnership also looks to future innovations, including seasonal promotions and data-driven tools, while adhering to privacy safeguards. This renewal marks a step forward in Singapore’s tourism growth strategy.
