**RBTP and Intelligence Services Clarify Vehicle and Jewelry Theft Investigation in Paramaribo**
Paramaribo, Suriname – The Regional Assistance Team Paramaribo (RBTP) and Surinamese intelligence services have announced that they have clarified the investigation into a theft of a vehicle and jewelry that occurred on Johannes Vermeerstraat.
According to a statement posted on the website of the Police Corps Suriname (KPS), the suspects, identified as K.E. and B.R., are under suspicion of stealing a vehicle and jewelry from the premises on Johannes Vermeerstraat. The KPS said that the duo could be arrested following “intensive investigative work” carried out by the RBTP in cooperation with the intelligence services.
The investigation also involves J.S., a goldsmith by profession, who is reportedly connected to the case. Further details about the circumstances of the theft and the status of the suspects have not yet been released.
