**Namaa X partners with Insights to expand leadership development in Bahrain and the GCC**
Bahrain – Namaa X, a Bahrain‑based platform that supports business growth and organisational transformation, announced a strategic partnership with Insights, one of the world’s largest privately owned learning and development companies. The collaboration aims to broaden access to globally recognised leadership and organisational development programmes across Bahrain and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
The partnership was formalised during Namaa X’s recent international delegation to Scotland, where representatives from both organisations met to discuss the scope of the alliance. Under the agreement, Insights will provide its suite of leadership training, coaching and organisational development tools to Namaa X clients, enabling companies in Bahrain and neighbouring GCC markets to adopt best‑practice frameworks and enhance their leadership capabilities.
Namaa X’s CEO, who spoke at the signing ceremony, said the partnership would “strengthen the platform’s ability to deliver high‑impact learning solutions and support businesses in navigating complex market dynamics.” Insights’ senior director added that the collaboration would “bring proven, evidence‑based programmes to a region that is rapidly evolving and increasingly focused on talent development.”
The alliance is expected to support a range of organisations, from small and medium enterprises to large corporates, by providing access to Insights’ global curriculum, digital learning resources and expert facilitation. The partnership also includes joint initiatives to tailor content to the specific cultural and regulatory contexts of Bahrain and the GCC.
