Occupancy rates for tourist accommodation in Andorra reached 80.1 percent during the month of August, according to data released by the Association of Tourist Accommodation Companies (AEAT). This figure represents a significant increase compared to previous months, following a 59.7 percent occupancy rate in July and 35.1 percent in June.
The report is based on a sample of 907 tourist apartments located across the country. Arinsal and Ordino recorded the highest occupancy levels during the month of August.
Regarding the summer season as a whole, Les Bordes led the average occupancy rates. Other areas identified as having high demand throughout the summer period include La Cortinada and Andorra la Vella.
