Enforcement continued on August 15, when 480.6 liters of vodka were seized from a driver who was subsequently issued a financial penalty. On August 17, agents deployed a spike strip to stop a vehicle, leading to the discovery of 447.4 liters of high-proof alcohol, including vodka and whisky. The final recorded incident took place on August 27, when a driver was sanctioned for transporting 28.8 liters of undeclared alcohol.
Authorities stated that these operations are part of ongoing efforts to combat the illegal trafficking of goods across the border.
