The incident took place on September 13 at the Farga de Moles customs checkpoint. According to officials, the merchandise was discovered inside the luggage of a 37-year-old passenger.
The passenger stated that the cigars had been purchased in the Principality of Andorra and acknowledged that the items had not been declared to customs authorities upon crossing the border.
