Prime Minister Edi Rama Launches “Speak with the Prime Minister” Online Platform Prime Minister Edi Rama unveiled a new online portal, Fol me Kryeministrin (Speak with the Prime Minister), aimed at fostering dialogue between the government and students amid ongoing campus protests. The platform, accessible at folmekm.al, is intended to serve as a 24‑hour communication channel where students and other citizens can share concerns, opinions, and questions directly with the Prime Minister’s office. During the launch, Rama described the portal as an “open bridge” that will remain operational at all times. He emphasized that a dedicated team will monitor the site to ensure the smooth circulation of information and the exchange of viewpoints. “Fol me Kryeministrin is a gateway. It is ready. Anyone who wishes to communicate, to enter a dialogue, especially in a context of protests, escalations, violence, pressure, and attempts to block dialogue, has a bridge built for them,” Rama said. Rama also addressed the current climate of student protests, noting that tensions and clashes are expected to ease over time. He highlighted technology’s role in sustaining communication even when direct interaction is limited. “We are in a phase where, sooner rather than later, artificial barriers may be erected by those who believe they can impose their views on society and democratic coexistence. Meanwhile, we are taking advantage of this golden opportunity that technology offers,” he added. The Prime Minister urged students and interested parties to use the platform to voice their thoughts. “Welcome to the dialogue,” he concluded. Article source: 24 Orë | Image credit: 24 Orë
