The National Commission for Self Help Limited (NCSHL), an organization operating under the Office of the Prime Minister, finds its employees in a precarious situation. They are still awaiting their salaries for June 2026. The delay is attributed to a lack of necessary funding to facilitate the payment process.
In an internal advisory, the management stated that the salaries would be processed no later than June 30, 2026, provided the necessary funds are received. The advisory also expressed regret for the inconvenience caused and thanked the staff for their patience and understanding. They were advised to reach out to the Human Resource Department for any further information.
According to information from an anonymous source, employees are accustomed to receiving their salaries by the 25th of each month. Yet, by late afternoon on June 27, no funds had been received to process the payroll. The source also indicated that fears of possible repercussions in the workplace have made some employees reluctant to speak out publicly about the situation.
In the interest of fairness and balance, TG News has reached out to the National Commission for Self Help Limited and the Office of the Prime Minister for comment. Any response received will be promptly published.
