Over Southwestern Bulgaria and the western part of the Upper Thracian Plain, clouds will break and clear. A light to moderate wind from the west-northwest will blow across Eastern Bulgaria and the Struma valley from the north. Minimum temperatures will range from 6 °C to 11 °C, while maximum temperatures will be between 12 °C and 17 °C. In Sofia the lowest temperature is expected to be about 6 °C and the highest around 11 °C. Along the Black Sea coast the weather will remain cloudy and rainy, with a light to moderate wind from the north-northwest. Maximum temperatures will be 13 °C to 15 °C, sea‑water temperature 16 °C to 17 °C, and sea‑wave height 3–4 m. In the mountains the weather will be cloudy. In the Sredna Gora, Rila and Pirin ranges rain will fall, while above 2 000 m snow will be present. After noon the precipitation will stop. A moderate to strong wind from the north-northeast will blow. At 1 200 m the maximum temperature will be about 8 °C, and at 2 000 m about 3 °C.
