Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium and Contributor Blue may be offered through Google Play. Availability, products and benefits can depend on the current store configuration and account eligibility.

Premium

Premium is the TG News consumer subscription entitlement. Where offered, its benefits are displayed in the app before purchase and may include an ad-free or reduced-ad experience and other listed Premium features.

Contributor Blue

Contributor Blue is a separate contributor entitlement. It does not automatically make Community content official news, guarantee publication, grant staff permissions or bypass editorial and moderation controls. Purchasing is available only when the Play product, RevenueCat offering and TG entitlement verification are active.

Billing and renewal

Google Play displays the exact price, currency, billing period, trial (if any), taxes and renewal terms before confirmation. Prices vary by country and account. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled under the terms shown by Google Play.

Manage or cancel

Open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then choose TG News. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period shown by Google Play.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the applicable TG News subscription screen while signed in to the intended TG News and Google Play accounts. RevenueCat and TG News then refresh entitlement status.

Refunds and payment data

Google Play processes Play purchases and full payment-card details. Refund eligibility and requests are handled through Google Play’s applicable process and law. TG News receives product, transaction reference and entitlement/subscription status needed to provide access and support.

Support

For an entitlement that did not activate, first restore purchases and restart the app. If it remains unavailable, contact support@tringlobe.com without sending full card details.
