**Three Men Charged with Murder in the Village of Cherna Gora**
Three men, aged 44, 34, and 22, have been charged with the premeditated murder of a 30-year-old man in the village of Cherna Gora, Bratya Daskalovi Municipality, according to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Stara Zagora. The crime was committed on August 13.
The three suspects have been detained for up to 72 hours. The District Prosecutor’s Office announced plans to submit a request to the court for a “permanent detention” remand measure against them.
On August 14, the Stara Zagora police reported that a 30-year-old man had died and his father was left in critical condition following a brawl in the village. According to the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA), a 39-year-old man alerted the police at approximately 11:15 p.m. to report that a person had been killed.
A police patrol and an emergency medical team from Bratya Daskalovi were immediately dispatched to the scene, where they confirmed the death of the 30-year-old man.
Initially, six men aged between 20 and 44 were detained in connection with the incident, with evidence subsequently implicating three of them as the perpetrators. Investigation activities are ongoing.
