The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has certified the new Boeing 737-7 airplane, following an extensive review process that lasted nearly a decade. The FAA has issued an amended type certificate and updated Production Limitation Record for the Boeing 737 MAX-7.
According to the FAA, the certification is a result of years of work to resolve complex technical issues and complete a thorough review of the airplane’s design and supporting safety analyses.
