Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, the student wing of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party, has threatened to declare the Vice President, General Secretary, and Assistant General Secretary of the Jagannath University Central Students’ Union (JUCSU) unwelcome on campus.
The threat comes after allegations of physical assault and harassment against university proctors and teachers by JUCSU Vice President Riazul, General Secretary Arif, and Assistant General Secretary Masud, among others.
The Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, Jagannath University branch, has demanded justice for the alleged victims and called for the punishment of those responsible.
