The Ministry of Health (MINSA) in Angola is set to launch an internal public competition to fill 2,595 vacancies across the country, with Zaire and Huambo provinces receiving the largest share of posts. The initiative, approved through joint despatch by the ministries of Finance, Territorial Administration, and Public Administration, Labour and Social Security, aims to strengthen the healthcare workforce. According to the official statement, the competition will be opened in the coming days, targeting existing health sector employees for internal progression. This move is expected to alleviate staffing pressures and improve service delivery in underserved regions, particularly in Zaire and Huambo.
