Yesterday, a woman named Natalia Noel tragically lost her life in an incident on the North Coast Road, Maracas. A large tree fell onto the road and hit a mini-bus, causing it to topple off the roadway and plunge several feet down a precipice. The driver sustained injuries in the accident. The mini-bus, operating on the North Coast route from Port of Spain, was traveling between the Maracas Lookout and the Spring Bridge when the incident occurred around 1.30 p.m.
