A video posted on social media has stirred a heated debate after a woman claimed to have discovered worms in black pudding she said was bought from Karishma’s Kitchen. The woman, who bought the pudding for her children, expressed shock at her discovery and identified Karishma’s Kitchen as the source.
The accusations were quickly contested online. Karishma Ramdath, who is believed to be the owner of the establishment, outright denied the claim, stating, ‘Hello that is not my pudding and u never come by my place.’
The authenticity of the video came into question as several social media users suggested it appeared to be staged. Some users, claiming to be recent customers of Karishma’s Kitchen, argued that the product shown in the video did not match the usual appearance of the pudding sold there.
One commenter pointed out that the pudding in the video looked dissimilar from what the business sells. Another described the video as ‘mischievous’ and suggested that the business was intentionally targeted.
As of now, there is no independent confirmation regarding the origin of the pudding shown in the video or the validity of the allegations. No official food safety investigation has been announced. The incident, however, has generated a lot of online discussion, with many urging for caution and proper evidence verification before making accusations against local businesses.
