A 26 year old Berbice woman has been charged with the murder of her seven year old daughter, who was found strangled last week. The woman was remanded to prison after appearing in court, as investigators continued to examine the circumstances surrounding the child’s death and an alleged attempt to harm her younger sibling. Family members remain in shock over the tragedy.
