Hong Kong Rehabilitation Force will hold a flag‑selling event on Saturday, 7 November, in Kowloon. The event was launched earlier on 31 October at the Customs Headquarters, where a ceremony was attended by a number of guests who expressed strong support for the initiative and urged the community to work together to promote inclusion for people with disabilities. Customs Commissioner Chan Chi‑ta, who had previously filmed a promotional short video encouraging public support, was present at the launch. The Customs Volunteer Corps and the Customs Pop‑Music Band also attended. The band performed in collaboration with the Hong Kong Rehabilitation Force’s “Happy Sign Language” group, combining music and sign language to convey messages of mutual assistance, love, and inclusive society. Customs officials called on residents to join the flag‑selling event on 7 November to help raise funds and foster a spirit of inclusion.
