เปิด 3 โครงการกระตุ้นท่องเที่ยวปลายปี คาดสร้างรายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 629 ล้านบาท

The Thai government has launched a series of initiatives to boost domestic tourism in the final months of 2026, with the aim of generating at least 629 million baht in economic activity. The measures were announced by Ms. Ploy Thale, Deputy Spokesperson for the Office of the Prime Minister, during a briefing on Thursday. Under the “The Year of Transformation” strategy, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports have partnered with the private sector and airlines to introduce three projects that will run from late 2026 into early 2027. 1. “Fly Thailand – Heal Every Trip” – In collaboration with seven airlines, the project offers a 500‑baht discount on domestic flight tickets for every route. Passengers can redeem the discount using the promotion code “FLYTODOM.” 2. “Amazing Thailand – Tour Across the Country” – This initiative partners with nine organizations to subsidise the cost of non‑regular transport, including buses and vans, under specified conditions. The goal is to encourage group travel across five regions of Thailand. 3. “Single Journey 2026” – Aimed at solo travellers, the project presents ten travel routes covering five regions and includes eight experiential activities. The concept, “Solo? Let’s go together,” seeks to create new experiences, foster friendships, and cater to diverse tourist interests. Ms. Ploy Thale said the combined projects are expected to circulate at least 629 million baht in the economy and create business opportunities throughout the Thai tourism supply chain. In addition to domestic efforts, the government plans to stimulate international tourism through a “Festival Economy” approach. A series of festivals and events will be held in the high‑season period, including the Thailand Festival Season 2026, featuring events such as VIJIT CHAO PHRAYA 2026, Pattaya International Fireworks Festival 2026, Wonderfruit 2026, and Tomorrowland Thailand 2026. These events are intended to attract foreign visitors and distribute economic benefits to cities and communities nationwide.
