西班牙兩高鐵追撞出軌至少50死179傷 馬德里至安達盧西亞全線停運

On 28 October 2026, a serious high‑speed train collision occurred near Urda in the province of Toledo, Spain. At approximately 08:54 local time, a Renfe AVE train collided with an Iryo train on the Madrid‑Seville high‑speed line. The impact caused two to three carriages to derail; two of them fell from a slope about 10 metres high. The accident has resulted in at least 50 fatalities and 179 injuries, including several Chinese citizens who sustained minor injuries. The Spanish railway infrastructure manager, Adif, has suspended all services on the Madrid‑Seville high‑speed line pending investigation. Local authorities reported that the collision was “very violent” and that the carriages were heavily damaged, with passengers thrown from their seats. Urda’s mayor announced that emergency services had requested the use of a local sports hall to accommodate the injured. The Castile‑La Mancha regional government deployed three medical helicopters and multiple fire, civil defence and rescue units to the scene. Preliminary information suggests that the section of track had experienced a delay due to traffic issues, and that the trains were traveling at reduced speeds. One of the trains was reportedly stopped or moving slowly. Some reports allege that a dispatch error during a signal failure may have caused the Renfe train to continue forward, but the exact cause remains under investigation by Spanish authorities. The incident follows a previous collision on the same line in January 2026 at Adamuz, which killed 46 people. The Chinese Embassy in Spain has not yet released a statement regarding the status of Chinese nationals involved in the crash.
