Kampala, Uganda – Vivo Energy Uganda has launched a mobile training programme called “Learning on Wheels” aimed at bringing skills development closer to employees working at Shell service stations and mechanics across the country.
The initiative features two mobile training units: a Retail Academy and a Shell Lubricants Mobile Training Unit. Both units are designed to travel to Shell stations throughout Uganda, providing on‑site training and upskilling opportunities for station staff and mechanics.
Vivo Energy’s move is part of the company’s broader commitment to workforce development and to strengthening the capabilities of its partners and employees within the Shell network.
