Data from the Situation of Treasury Charges and Resources (SCRT) indicates that net mobilizations on the domestic market stabilized at approximately 17.8 MMDH. This domestic debt flow reflects 85.7 MMDH in subscriptions offset by 67.9 MMDH in principal repayments.
Net external borrowing reached nearly 26.4 MMDH for the same period. This total includes 40.5 MMDH in drawdowns, of which 23.7 MMDH was sourced from the international financial market, alongside 14.1 MMDH in amortization payments.
The SCRT serves as the official statistical document detailing the execution of the Finance Act. Unlike the accounting-based reports produced by the General Treasury of the Kingdom, the SCRT tracks economic transactions and fiscal flows, including ordinary revenues, expenditures, investment spending, and the overall budget deficit.
