**Pattaya to Host Thailand’s First DreamWorks Animation Hotel by 2033**
**PATTAYA, Thailand** – A new DreamWorks Animation-themed hotel is scheduled to open in Pattaya in 2033, marking the first property of its kind in Thailand.
The hotel will feature 300 rooms and occupy a 16,000-square-meter site. The project is designed as a family-oriented destination intended to integrate DreamWorks Animation characters with hospitality services.
The property will serve as a primary anchor for the “Aquatique” mixed-use development, a project currently being planned by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)-listed firm Asset World Corp.
