**Czech striker Tomáš Čvančara linked with a loan move to Danish champions Aarhus**

Čvančara joined Celtic in January 2024 from Borussia Mönchengladbach with the expectation of making a significant impact in the Scottish Premiership. He made 15 league appearances for the Hoops, scoring two goals, before his campaign was cut short in April after suffering a torn adductor muscle. Aarhus GF, the reigning Danish champions, have been identified as a potential destination. Their European campaign has also ended early, with exits from both the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League qualifiers. In response, Aarhus have indicated interest in strengthening their attacking options and view a loan signing of Čvančara as an opportunity to add a “towering striker” who can rebuild confidence after his injury‑affected spell in Scotland.
