**Prince Albert II Appoints Chloé Boscagli as Cabinet Adviser**
Monaco – Prince Albert II announced that Chloé Boscagli will join his Cabinet as an adviser effective 1 September 2024. Boscagli, who most recently directed the principality’s start‑up incubator MonacoTech, brings experience from the legal, hospitality and innovation sectors.
Boscagli holds a degree from HEC Grande École and a Master 2 in business law and international taxation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon‑Sorbonne. She began her professional career at the law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre before serving for nine years as Director of Missions to the President‑Delegate of Monte‑Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM), the company that operates Monaco’s hotels, casinos and leisure facilities.
In 2023, Boscagli entered the Princely Government’s Attractiveness Unit, where she oversaw the Monaco Private Label, a network comprising roughly two thousand entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders. At the end of 2025, she assumed leadership of MonacoTech, steering the incubator toward applied artificial intelligence, environmental and marine technologies, as well as health and sport innovation—areas identified by the government as strategic for Monaco’s economic development.
Boscagli has also been active in local politics. She served on the Communal Council for eleven years, handling portfolios related to early childhood, youth and gender equality, and acted as a delegated mayor of Monaco during the summer of 2024.
The appointment places Boscagli within the Prince’s inner circle of advisers, reflecting the palace’s emphasis on attractiveness, technology and enterprise. The role will commence on 1 September 2024.
