According to Mayor Mentor, the Council has already issued formal notices to the owing entities, marking the start of a comprehensive strategy to recover the unpaid funds. The mayor further pointed out that the Council plans to publish the names of the businesses and government agencies that continue to disregard their financial responsibilities.
