Government is reviewing and expanding its approach to managing human-wildlife conflict, including compensation for damages caused by animals.
Authorities confirmed that affected individuals may receive compensation following proper assessment, with updated guidelines currently being finalized.
A broader national strategy is also being implemented to promote coexistence while addressing problem animals through relocation or controlled measures.
