Government has denied claims that ministers and senior officials receive a so-called “dog allowance,” clarifying that no such benefit exists.
The clarification came during parliamentary questioning, where officials stated that cabinet members are not receiving any such payments.
The issue had sparked public discussion, prompting calls for transparency around government benefits and allowances.
