On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, members of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force (TTDF) were celebrated at the Efficiency Decoration and Efficiency Medal Parade. The event took place at the National Academy for the Performing Arts. The President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Christine Carla Kangaloo, presented the awards. The Efficiency Decoration and Efficiency Medal awards were given to officers, senior enlisted advisors, and other TTDF members. Both Minister of Defence Wayne Sturge and Kemba Hannays were present at the ceremony, and they extended their congratulations to the recipients for their unwavering service and commitment.
