An unexpected incident occurred at the Sangre Grande Police Station which resulted in an officer being hospitalized. The officer experienced a dramatic fall from the police station and landed on a marked SUV. The circumstances leading to the fall are currently being investigated. The officer, whose identity has not been disclosed, is said to be in a stable condition. The Sangre Grande Police Station has yet to release a formal statement regarding the incident.
