Tech Beach Retreat Issues Public Notice on Former Director
Tech Beach Retreat Inc. has issued a public notice advising that Kyle Maloney is no longer a director of the organization, along with its affiliated company TBR Lab Inc.
According to the notice, Maloney ceased serving as a director of both companies effective November 12, 2025.
The companies stated that Maloney no longer holds any office or position with either Tech Beach Retreat Inc. or TBR Lab Inc. and therefore does not have authority to represent, bind, or conduct business on behalf of the companies in any capacity.
The statement further advised that any individual or organization engaging with Maloney in matters related to the companies’ business does so at their own risk, as he is not authorized to act on their behalf.
Tech Beach Retreat also indicated that all official communications related to the companies should be directed to their official contact channels, as outlined in the notice.
The public notice was dated February 26, 2026, and was issued by order of the Board of Directors of Tech Beach Retreat Inc. and TBR Lab Inc.
Tech Beach Retreat is known for hosting technology and innovation events that bring together entrepreneurs, investors, and digital leaders from across the Caribbean and internationally.
The companies did not provide additional details regarding the circumstances surrounding the change in directorship.
