Despite their internal conflicts, Duke pledged his full support for Augustine in the impending election. Speaking about his political opponents, Duke predicted a comprehensive victory at the polls, promising a 15-seat victory and leaving the former Prime Minister with ‘nothing’. He rallied his followers, whom he refers to as ‘Spartans’, vowing to defeat the opposition overwhelmingly.
