Man climbs rooftop while evading police, later surrenders safely

A man caused a dramatic scene along a busy street after climbing onto a rooftop while allegedly attempting to evade police.
Eyewitnesses said the man appeared to be trying to escape when he made his way onto the roof, drawing attention from passersby and nearby residents. Several people began recording as the situation unfolded.
During the incident, voices from the crowd could be heard urging the man to surrender and come down safely, warning him not to risk his life. At one point, he stood near the edge of the building, increasing concerns for his safety.
Unconfirmed reports from onlookers suggested the man may have been involved in the alleged theft of copper cables, though this has not been officially confirmed by authorities.
After a tense standoff and repeated calls from both the public and officers, the man eventually came down and surrendered without further incident.
He even hugged the officer
Police have since taken the individual into custody as investigations continue.
