Businessman Murdered in Arima Neighborhood

In a shocking turn of events, a businessman in his late 60s, identified as Zack Pooran, was shot dead outside his home in Santa Rosa Heights, Arima, on Monday evening. Pooran, known for owning a local stationery store, was returning to his residence when a gunman followed him and opened fire. The residents of this typically quiet neighbourhood reported hearing a series of gunshots shortly after 6 p.m. Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
