U.S. Bolsters Support for Guyana Amid Venezuela Tensions

President Irfaan Ali of Guyana recently met with senior officials from the United States Department of War, marking a significant moment in the rising regional tensions with Venezuela. The U.S. has repeatedly affirmed its commitment to defending Guyana’s sovereignty, and these recent engagements are seen as a testament to that pledge.
