Nearly a month after the discovery of 23-year-old Ronald Ramlogan’s decomposing body at the Heights of Guanapo, two men from Moruga have been charged with his murder. The suspects were arrested in late January following a thorough investigation by the Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region II. They are expected to answer to charges of murder, possession of a firearm, and ammunition in front of an Arima magistrate. Ramlogan, who was last seen heading to a beach near the Moruga Police Station, was found dead days later in a decomposed state. The case has sparked significant attention and calls for justice on social media and within both involved communities. The police continue their investigations as court proceedings commence.
