The warning began at 3:00 am today and is predicted to remain in effect until 4:00 pm. The alert highlights the potential for gusty winds accompanying the storms, with possible repercussions including street and flash flooding in vulnerable areas, localized ponding in low-lying locations, and the potential for landslips and landslides.
