First Citizens Bank Limited has witnessed another leadership change with the resignation of a senior executive. Neela Moonilal-Kissoon, the group deputy chief executive officer responsible for operations and administration, officially left her position on March 6. Having taken on the senior leadership role in December 2023, Moonilal-Kissoon oversaw key operational divisions within the banking group. During her tenure, she held several major leadership positions and brought over two decades of experience to the post. This leadership shake-up comes in the midst of other changes within the bank’s executive leadership. Last October, Karen Darbasie, the long-serving chief executive officer, retired, with Jason Julien stepping into the role. Changes have also been seen within the deputy CEO portfolio in recent months.
