Driver Defrauded in Supermarket Delivery

On February 6, 2026, a driver from AS Bryden experienced fraud during a delivery to Huamin Supermarket on Charlotte Street, Port of Spain. The incident involved a temporary loader worker who disappeared after collecting the payment of $13,545.73 from the supermarket’s manager. The suspect is not a regular employee but an occasional worker from various contractors. Described as slim, East Indian, with plaited hair, a brown complexion, and clean-shaven, he is currently being sought by the police. Authorities are appealing for any information regarding the suspect.
