Khalil won the first game 11-5, but Pinto came back to win the next three games 11-9, 11-5, and 11-7, resulting in a 1-3 defeat for Khalil. ALBION, GUYANA — St. Therese Primary won the Berbice Zone title of the ExxonMobil Guyana-sponsored 2026 Future Warriors Tapeball Tournament, defeating Tain Primary by 13 runs. St. Therese posted a total of 81-6, while Tain managed 68-2. Adriel Chichester from Tain was awarded the Most Runs Award, while Mario Ramsammy from Rose Hall Estate Primary was named the tournament’s MVP and Leading Wicket-Taker.
GEORGETOWN, GUYANA — The Guyana Amazon Warriors have finalized their domestic roster for the upcoming 2026 Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL). The team will be captained by Shemaine Campbell and includes players such as Realeanna Grimmond and Shamilia Connell.
