A tragic accident took place on the North Coast Road yesterday afternoon, resulting in the death of a 32-year-old woman from San Juan. The woman, identified as Natalia Noel, was traveling in a caravan when a tree fell, prompting the 73-year-old driver to swerve off the road. The vehicle plunged over a cliff, crashing into a tree about 60 feet below the road. The incident happened around 12:45 pm. Both occupants of the vehicle were rushed to hospital. Sadly, Noel succumbed to cardiac arrest at 3:20 pm.
