Techy performed the songs from her album Chula for the first time live at Velvet Room in Santo Domingo. The concert, part of the artist’s “Temporada Chula,” lasted approximately two hours and 20 minutes and featured a nine‑musician orchestra. The set opened with “Te voy a enamorar” and included a mix of genres such as merengue, bachata, ballad, rock, pop, mambo and perico ripiao. Techy invited the audience to choose part of the repertoire, which led to a salsa version of “Prohíbeme verte.” The show closed with “Peligrosa” and “Hombre malo,” leaving the audience energized. Chula is currently nominated for a Latin Grammy. The concert marks the beginning of a series of shows that aim to bring the album’s songs to the stage while blending music, storytelling, humor and spontaneous interaction with fans.
